Hayley has been amazing since the off set in keep us informed, arranging services transfer into the tenants name, arranging meetings and viewings. Their professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Hayley was incredibly knowledgeable and always available to answer my questions without any judgement. I have not long acquired a new buy to let, and I am using Hayley as my lettings manager, they take full control, allowing me to relax without any worries or stress. They also offer mortgage advice, so I even got to get my mortgage through them, which saved me a lot of dealing with several other companies. Again, I cannot thank Alderwood enough.
