Atlas estate agents have looked after our property for the last three years while we lived abroad, they have been amazing they found tenants straight away for 12 months and when they were due to leave they had new tenants ready to move in, they were very thorough with the check in and check out reports. They sent us the full inventory with pictures and the house was left Immaculate after each tenant. Any work that needed to be carried out they would email us with the information and price and promptly get the work completed. We liased with Kate frost mostly as we were getting prepared to move back into the house ourselves and Kate was brilliant always answering any emails we sent her and doing everything to make it run smoothly for us. If you are planning on renting out a property we would definitely recommend atlas estate agents as they take care of everything and we couldn’t of asked for more, Thankyou very much... Read more

I genuinely can not recommend highly enough the level of service and communication that you receive at Atlas Estate Agents. Both the sales and rental experience have been to an extremely high level of customer care. You receive constant communication through emails, and any queries that you have are answered immediately by email or phone. Renting is usually very stressful and the system often works against renters. So I was really happy to discover Atlas - they're great to work with, always look out for the best interests of tenants, and really care for their properties too. A lovely family-run business who have really thought of everything. And the online portal is a great way of managing maintenance requests, check-ins/outs, and rent payments.
