I have currently been a tenant at one of their managed properties for over 30 months. Originally I moved in with my partner, but she moved out 8months in. To date I have never been so much as a day late on my rent payments. Recently owing to a drop in work - I am a self employed builder, I have legitimately signed on with UC (solely for peace of mind that I have my rent). It has taken 9 days, 2 phone calls and 2 emails to get any response from them regarding my request of 'proof of housing costs' for UC. And the response? We need to see your bank statements from the past three months to ensure affordability to see if maybe you can stay as a sole tenant. Illogical..... Read more

They say you should speak to at least 3 agents and obtain quotes…well that was the plan!
