Samantha and Siobhon at Bairstow and Eves could not do enough for us over the trying time it took to sell our property. Dealing with troublesome solicitors and the attendant bureaucracy of property sales was enough to try the most patient of people, but throughout they stayed positive, supportive and helpful. We finally sold. Thank you.

We recently purchased our home through the team at Bairstow eves Shirley and they were fantastic. Siobhon mainly handled our purchase and throughout she was so helpful, really pushed things for us and supported us through the entire transaction. The best thing was the consistent communication where its a stressful time buying and selling, Siobhon was so good and letting us know what was going on and passing messages on for us, and always got back to us whenever we asked for anything. The branch manager Sam was also really great whenever we spoke to her as was Jake another of the team at the Shirley branch. Overall I would absolutely recommend them as they made what is always a stressful process, as easy as it could be from their end. Big thanks to Siobhon, and the whole team at Bairstow eves Shirley.

My sincere thanks to the whole team at Bairstow Eves in Shirley, they are the absolute Dream-team. Initially we dealt with Sam who is so kind and professional and who made us feel so at ease and confident that we had picked the best Estate Agent for the sale of our property.
Our sale was handled by Siobhon who was absolutely fantastic during the entire process. Siobhon is kind, helpful, professional and intent on getting things done. Our calls were always returned and it was Siobhon who drove the sale to its conclusion, she is an absolute star. ????????.
Many thanks also to Jake for answering so many calls and helping wherever he could……….. nothing was ever too much trouble.
