He went above and beyond to find a property for me and tried to fit my specifications as much as possible. I have never had such an outgoing and positive experience with an estate agent. I could tell he truly cared about finding me a place and not just doing a job. he should get a raise.

She has been great with the tenants and is incredibly helpful and hard working. She is a massive asset to Bairstow Eves. I'm not sure why UCLan Animation has come up but this is my work sign in and I'm not sure how to get out of it!! It is not always easy to build a relationship in between a tenant and landlord. Therefore, I can definitely recommend to work with Connells Redhill team for a rental property management as a thirdparty to make everything easier to manage.

As we were going to be living abroad, it was our priority to find an agent we could trust to keep us fully informed and to make decisions in our absence. The Address did not let us down. The Address have also been our agents for the sale of this property. Even the most straight-forward of sales can become challenging and we would not have wanted to go through this process without their advice, support and professionalism. As both landlord and seller, we would not hesitate to recommend their services and thank them for all they have done for us.

I appreciate their advice and support to secure the sale.- 18th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Foxtons offered market valuation for 10x flats. Dipan and his Team @ Foxtons Croydon Lettings achieved market valuation bang on despite current market fluctuations. Entire development was let within just three months. We received professional advise and Dipan guided negotiations to achieve best possible outcome for Landlord. Other agents tried to imitate and undercut - I ignored them. Recommend and will use again. Thank you!

They are not the cheapest but the service they provide is of a real premium standard. They are always quick, efficient, and professional in all dealings. They also have good business sense and connections. They generated far more interest on the sale of the property then another agent we had on a multi agent deal. Would recommend.
3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?
6th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!
