I have been a landlord, using the services of Belvoir, Enfield for 24 months. I must say how impressed I am with the service that they have provided me with. Our first tenants were a calamity, paid for one month only, and we managed to have them evicted a few months ago. Kaz Roberts was amazing!! As the last person stated I spoke to Rachel a week and a half ago they began the reference checks which was a exhausting experience to begin with. When that all came through called and spoke to Rachel and booked my move in date. 5 days before due to move in I call to confirm and was told by Rachel that her and the landlord has decided not to rent me the property. They didn't contact me first I did and if I didn't I would have Been homeless. Be very careful with them as they may not have your best interests as a tenant at heart... Read more
