I’m very impressed with how professional and understanding all the staffs at Belvoir are. It is been a smooth sailing so far with them from looking for a house and settling into the place. The catch was they introducing us to all the necessary teams from media to utility to make our settling in an easy and pleasant one. Also, I love the fact that, they respect our home and us when they come round.
Their way of welcoming us into the house was cute and warming with gifts and vouchers.
With Belvior I can boldly say NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR, and you know you are IN GOOD HANDS REGARDING PROPERTIES Buying/Letting. Keep doing what you do Best Belvior! GRACIAS/MERCI! Belvoir????.

Belvoir did a great job of quickly proposing a couple of rentals to us and helping to ensure both tenants and landlord were happy with everything.
We were under a bit of time pressure so they made sure the process was as smooth as possible.
They even gave us a little moving in box which was a nice touch

Belvoir have been our agents for a while now. We had to evict a tenant recently and they managed it all very professionally. A new tenant was found and moved in, in just over a month. In addition to this they arranged for contractors to get the house rentable again. All this was done in time for the new tenant to move in. Thank you to Catherine Bland, Sarah Hood & Leah.

Bloke manager with glasses few years back, condescending scumbag, never again thats for sure!! should have had my head examined for renting here..Unobservant defensive liers too, point proven. AVOID!!
