Nicola Newell in the lettings team supported our daughter in finding a flat to move into. This was our daughter’s first move out of home and Nicola was so supportive in helping her find the perfect place. She set up viewings and kept contact with Mollie throughout the letting process guiding her all the way. Our daughter is really enjoying her time in the flat and Nicola and the team at Chappells have continued to help her whenever she needs specific flat related help. Thank you for such super service.
