We are currently in the process of purchasing a property for my mother, it was a stressful process at the start as we previously dealt with some untrustworthy, miserable estate agents. However, it has been completely different with Dixons. We met Korron on our second viewing, straight away she was super friendly and kind towards my 1 year old son, which instantly made me feel comfortable. From a professional point of view she was open and honest with us from the start and helped us secure a great deal on the flat. I recently bought my first property and worked with broker Rikki who was brilliant from start to finish. The communication was always great and prompt. From the first time we met to the day I got my keys we was in constant contact and I was never left waiting or wondering on queries or questions I had and he really went beyond to make sure I got my move, I would highly recommend to anyone to use him as their broker as he made a potential stressful experience as stress free as possible.
