I dealt with Kat a great deal and she was lovely, due to another issue in the chain we spoke most days and in the end Kat was as excited as me when it all went through. I will miss our daily chats haha! A beautiful new home hamper too!

She has been proactive, easy to get hold of and responsive to problems.would definitely recommend. I bought the cheaper pay up front package where you show people around yourselves which worked very well for me and I believe it is better for viewers as you can give more time and know your own house so can give full information.

I successfully won a property with no reserve and although the auction has ended. The auction was reopened as presumably they did not make enough money. This is not the first time. Very dishonest agent.

14th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Oulsnam Barnt Green did an excellent job selling my mother's house in probate. An early offer fell through when the probate process took longer than we had hoped and Shelbi and her colleagues got straight back onto it and found another buyer quickly. They clearly know their market extremely well and knew when to push us and when to tell us to hold our nerve. Oulsnam have now sold my family two houses (in 1978 and 2021) and then sold them both for us (in 2021 and 2024) - a great job done!

We were lucky to view our new home with Chloe Farmer who was super helpful with our queries about the application and referencing process, going out of her way (and making our day) to let us know asap when our application was accepted. 7th May 2024 (1 day ago)We are very glad that we walked in to G & T properties in serch of a larger property to rent with our newborn baby. We were struggling to find a place because of the high demand. One of the office associates Rajan Singh(Raj Tagger) has been very supportive in arranging viewings for the beautiful house that we are moving in, that we really appreciate. Also another associate Mr. Dean has been prompt and efficient in closing the application for us and helping us secure this property. He was able to think from our shoes and act accordingly, and could make things happen. And of course Ellis Amos, has been out go to person answering every questions we had patiently and made thos moving process a breeze. I would strongly recommend G & T if you are struggling to find a suitable place for your next move. We greatly appreciate your services.

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

3rd May 2024 (5 days ago)Smart Homes provided an outstanding service from the beginning, providing a valuation, right through to the end, with completion. I was kept informed throughout the process and I would single out Debbie Guest, the agent dealing with my sale, for particular praise.Do not be misled by the price realised for the property, it was in need of complete renovation so could never achieve the prices of similar properties in this road. Where I had used another estate agents AP Morgan to sell my property, I wish I had used Oakmans. Trina, from the beginning, was chasing on my behalf when it should have been my estate agent's doing this. The transition to Lesley was seamless whilst Trina was on leave. I can't fault them a genuine care for a smooth transaction on both parties. Thank you!!!! ????
8th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)My sincerest gratitude to Tierney (Property Manager). Tierney has been my property manager for 3yrs now and I never had any bad experience with her at all. I totally have no clue about the technicalities of renting a house in the UK. All I know is, I pay, I keep the house clean and that's it. All other concerns such as maintenance, repairs and legal stuff are definitely not my areas of expertise. That's where Tierney comes in! Everything I need, any questions I have and all requests I have are all sorted out in a very swift manner. Tierney has an amazing customer service skills. She always gets things done, the way it should be and she communicates everything very clearly. I am so happy with Tierney and Leaders!
