Our house has been marketed by a number of firms over a period of months. When we were approached by Foxtons, we had two other agencies also on board. After a few weeks with Foxtons, we dropped the other two with Foxtons as the sole agents. A few reasons: the number and quality of viewings, set up of a WhatsApp group for quick and efficient communication but, most importantly, the time and effort put in by Alpa to know us, our house, the area and the needs of the viewers.
