After experiencing some issues with our previous estate agent I was recommended to use Foxtons to sell a retirement flat in Watford, and it was definitely a great decision as their customer service has been exceptional, communication proactive and their focus and dedication to get the flat a buyer and then to assist with the selling process made my life much easier, so a big thank you to Jamie and his team, especially Dan ( Sales) and Amber ( Sales Progression ), the whole process was often frustrating due to waiting for solicitors or managing agent but with their help we are completing the sale this week ( June ) after agreeing the sale in February ??????

A huge thank you to Bianca Rahmany for all her help during our rental search. Although we ultimately rented through another agency, Bianca was by far the most professional, friendly, and helpful agent we dealt with in Watford.

Manon helped me find my rental flat and made sure the whole thing went smoothly. Very communicative agent and she created an easy process. She took the stress out of it and wasn’t pushy like other agents I have experienced. I also had excellent help from Jodie at Foxtons as part of my search. A great service all round. Would highly recommend.

Courtney Harvey was a pleasure to deal with, she was very professional arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. She answered all of the questions I had without hesitation or making me feel silly. I haven't had many good experiences in the past with estate agents but I can truly say Courtney from Foxtons has help restore my trust in them . I couldn't recommend her any higher. I can not tell how much I appreciate their help .They are so professional and friendly at the same time. Especially Maddie who helped us is wonderful person. She did her all job so meticulously.
