Jamal Hussain was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable in managing the entire process of preparing and marketing for my property to be let. Found me good tenants who are moving in soon. Will keep close eye on how ongoing property management will compare once tenants are in and settled. Will update or add new review as time goes on.

im having a terrible experience with foxtons property management service. everything was fine until they rent out the property, then they charged me 2 months rent ( up to 3k ) in fees which they cannot explain ( i asked for a detailed explanation and never received it) also i asked to cancel the management contract because i do not get any replies from them and i also did not get a reply from the cancellation team, i feel extremely frustrated ,i DO NOT recommend you take the management services , just rent out the property ( i had a good experience with Jamal) and manage it yourself if you dont want to get robbed and completely ignored.

I had such a great experience with Foxtons, especially with my agent Edris. From the very beginning, he completely understood the assignment and knew exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t have many days available for viewings, and he really respected that by sending me so many accurate options that matched my taste and requirements perfectly — I genuinely ended up liking almost everything I saw.
Edris was friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. What I appreciated most was how responsive he was — even though I knew how busy he was, he always replied quickly, kept me updated, and made time to answer all of my questions. He really understood exactly what I needed and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable instead.

Tariq was so good throughout the whole process of buying our first place. It could’ve been really stressful but he just made it feel a lot easier and more under control.
He was always quick to reply, kept us updated, and chased things when they needed chasing which honestly made such a difference. You can tell he actually cares about getting things over the line for you, not just ticking boxes.
Really appreciated how straightforward and helpful he was the whole way through. Would definitely recommend him.

Awful experience: If your agent is Jean Choo, please be extremely careful about anything mentioned during the viewing and make sure to get everything confirmed in writing, as later she may deny it.
I also noticed other reviews mentioning Paul Phelan, and unfortunately I can confirm that my experience with him was equally disappointing and unhelpful.
Once you move in, it feels like they no longer care about resolving issues, the priority seems to be securing their commission rather than providing proper customer service and support. Communication was poor, professionalism was lacking, and overall the experience was very frustrating.
I would recommend considering other agencies instead. In my experience, Marsh & Parsons has been far more professional and reliable.
