If you are working on auction, be careful if someone work with seller to get your deposit.
I worked with Ahmed Ali, on foxton side, and bidx1, so not cool. I am also using their solicitor, completely in big trouble now which they created.
be careful scammers--

3.Deposit Fraud: If you suspect that the agency has intentionally misled you to secure your deposit without intending to fulfill their obligations, it could be a form of deposit fraud.
