We engaged Hamptons after a sale fell through with another agent and they did not disappoint. Professional, ‘on the ball’ feom the start, they got us 2 good offers within 2 weeks of meeting them. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them for future house sales. Jon Kirby was excellent.

I highly recommend the team at Hamptons Fleet. My sale was not straight forward due to personal circumstances but Hamptons were sensitive, patient and understanding right from the very first appraisal (I needed two) to completion. Communication was consistently great throughout the process. I particularly appreciated how they made sure to refer to everyone viewing the property by name, which felt personable and that clients mattered to them. My main contacts were Jon and Johnathan but every member of the team I found to be as equally wonderful as the other.

Davina was superb at showing us properties that met our criteria, she was very knowledgeable about all thr properties we viewed and we never felt pressured to put an offer on a property if it wasn't quite right. She kept refining her list based on our feedback and would regularly let us know if properties were coming to the market soon, so we could arrange viewings before they hit RightMove. It was great to have a single point of contact and I would highly recommend Hamptons.

From our first meeting with Jon when we were looking for agents to sell our home, it was clear that Hamptons seemed professional and transparent with the service they would provide and costs involved. And, whilst not the cheapest agent on the high street, they have been by far the most efficient and communicative agent we have dealt with over the past 12-yrs with 2 previous sales and buys and a probate sale.
Jon and the team have proven to be cohesive and capable, indeed Jon has been an absolute star keeping track of our buyers and of our onward purchase and keeping us informed with regular calls and emails.
Estate agents have been the brunt of many a bad word but we can honestly say this has by far and away been the best service we have received on what is after all a significant financial transaction and traumatic experience. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I recently sold a probate bungalow through Hamptons in Fleet and I must say that the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate through this tricky process. Obviously, this was a very trying time but Hamptons took on everything possible to lighten the load and talked us through every step in detail.
They marketed the property with expertise and were very pro active in finding viewers and ultimately our buyer.
I would recommend them to anyone that requires efficiency, clarity and professionalism.

Jonathon's dedication and commitment to ensuring a smooth purchase experience truly set him apart going over and above his job role at times , he is a credit to the company. I also want to commend Caroline, the Sales progressor, for her professionalism, remarkable patience and great communication even if mine wasn’t always the best. What a fantastic service we received from Jon, Jonathan, Caroline and all the team at Hamptons in Fleet.
From start to finish it was a very professional and friendly approach. They were always easy to contact and if a call was missed we received a call back shortly after. We received feedback after every viewing. They were honest and did what they said they were going to do.
Generally estate agents have a bad reputation but Hamptons of Fleet most certainly do not deserve this in any way.
I can’t thank them all enough for making a very difficult time go so smoothly - thank you!
