We recently sold our property through Hamptons Fleet and have been very pleased with the service we received throughout. The process was not straightforward, as our original buyer's chain collapsed when they lost their own purchaser. The team handled this professionally, helped secure a new buyer and kept the sale moving forward.
Jonathan was excellent from the outset, Caroline did a fantastic job progressing the transaction through a lengthy and detailed conveyancing process, and Martin and James were always available when needed.
What stood out most was the wider team. Whenever we called the office, whoever answered took ownership of the query, followed things up and came back to us when promised. We always felt informed and supported.
Selling a house is rarely stress free, but Hamptons Fleet made the process as smooth as possible and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We recently bought a flat through Hamptons Balham. Our main agent was Jack, but we also had various interactions with Tom. Both were a tremendous help throughout the process. Jack, in particular, was friendly, personable, always available, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Thanks to Jack (and Tom) we were able to get the purchase through relatively smoothly.
Even before the purchase, we were impressed with their approach. Having seen another property in Balham with them, they kept us in mind when an off-market sale opportunity arose and ensured we saw that property as soon as possible. As it happens, that turned out to be the very flat we purchased.
We would happily recommend Hamptons Balham to anyone and will use them in the future should the need arise. Thanks again Jack and Tom!

Kieran was very helpful and available to us throughout the sales process, even when he became a father, which is very committed to the cause! Hamptons are lucky to have such a dedicated staff member. He always got back to us when he said he would. There were a couple of problems at the start with the initial engagement contract with Hamptons but these, along with some general issues that I’m sure most, if not all house sales have, were sorted quickly and efficiently by Kieran which is what any seller needs. Thank you :-)

Kieran was very attentive and instrumental in getting our property purchase finalised. Following up for us over many months took the headache away from us. Much appreciated and we highly recommend working with Hamptons and Kieran Aylott should the opportunity arise.

Complete waste of time I’ve had this agency coming round to do an evaluation/ appraisal on my property that’s worth in the average of 400,000 + minimum and they’re trying to tell me that the value of the property is 275,000 for a three bed in Streatham there’s nothing under at that price anywhere in Streatham for a three bed just trying to undervalue my properties quite disappointing really. Not very professional

Lost our seller with no explanation and no communication. I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

I had a great experience with Hamptons Wimbledon, especially with Javerna, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was extremely helpful, professional, and always available to answer any questions we had.

Had a great experience with Aggie who showed us around the flat and then helped us with all paperwork. She was very flexible and quick to respond. She also helped us to get the keys at 9am on move in day rather than 3pm.

I’m not one for leaving reviews but I wanted to write about my personal experience in letting with Holly Erarslan at Hamptons.
After deliberating on whether to sell or rent our property in west London (and seeing every agent in the area) my husband and I decided to rent, as we felt secure in leaving our family home in Holly’s very capable hands. As our home was fully furnished to a high standard we were a bit hesitant at first.
Throughout the tenancy Holly could not have made our experience more reassuring and professional.
Her customer service skills are second to none, she spoke to us with such assurance and genuine care and understanding -
and we always felt that she had everything in hand.
It’s what’s missing in most customer service today - that extra level of personal care.
Holly would phone or meet in person and explain things meticulously, she would sometimes make a point to go over something we weren’t sure about (or comfortable with) and our feelings were always a priority and important to her. She would often request we take some time to think it all over.
And despite a few obstacles and life choices we’ve had to make along the way, we always knew with confidence, that any decisions we made with Holly were going to be the right ones - and that she had our best interests at heart.
Since our meeting over a year ago we decided to carry on our rental with Holly and her lovely team and I can honestly say she is the main reason why we chose to stay with Hamptons.
She’s a credit to her team, she makes you feel like you’re dealing with a friend, and not just a company… and she is walking proof of what most customer service is lacking (but still exists!) in the world today.
If I could give her a 20 out of 10, I would!
If you’re considering Hamptons, please do not hesitate in meeting with Holly.
