I’m not one for leaving reviews but I wanted to write about my personal experience in letting with Holly Erarslan at Hamptons.
After deliberating on whether to sell or rent our property in west London (and seeing every agent in the area) my husband and I decided to rent, as we felt secure in leaving our family home in Holly’s very capable hands. As our home was fully furnished to a high standard we were a bit hesitant at first.
Throughout the tenancy Holly could not have made our experience more reassuring and professional.
Her customer service skills are second to none, she spoke to us with such assurance and genuine care and understanding -
and we always felt that she had everything in hand.
It’s what’s missing in most customer service today - that extra level of personal care.
Holly would phone or meet in person and explain things meticulously, she would sometimes make a point to go over something we weren’t sure about (or comfortable with) and our feelings were always a priority and important to her. She would often request we take some time to think it all over.
And despite a few obstacles and life choices we’ve had to make along the way, we always knew with confidence, that any decisions we made with Holly were going to be the right ones - and that she had our best interests at heart.
Since our meeting over a year ago we decided to carry on our rental with Holly and her lovely team and I can honestly say she is the main reason why we chose to stay with Hamptons.
She’s a credit to her team, she makes you feel like you’re dealing with a friend, and not just a company… and she is walking proof of what most customer service is lacking (but still exists!) in the world today.
If I could give her a 20 out of 10, I would!
