Ash and Rob have been the most helpful and professional throughout the entire process of buying our first home. From the word go they guided us through the entire process and made us feel like people and kept us updated every step of the way. I cannot recommend Home Estate Agents enough. Whilst looking for our first home we viewed numerous houses with different esate agent companies around Bedford. One estate company didn't even call us back after we had made x3 offers and had forgot where we were in the process and what they were meant to be doing and we walked away not getting any closure or information on where we stood. But not Rob and Ash they kept us in the loop, worked hard and professionally and made us feel valued and taken care of. We are so greatful and would recommend 5/5. Home Estate Agents. Thank you.

Great service from start to finish. Ash and Rob managed the whole process efficiently and worked hard to keep the sale on track. My sister and I were selling this house on behalf of our mum, under difficult circumstances, not least that we both live several hours drive away from the house. Ash and Rob showed great compassion and understanding, and made this process as easy as it could be for us, managing viewings and visits in our absence, working around times when we could be in the area. Ash gave great support throughout the process and responded quickly and efficiently to all queries. Many thanks to both of you for helping during this difficult time.

It has been so nice dealing with Rob for the sales process. He is very friendly and professional and keeps you updated regularly. It makes such a difference not dealing with a large office where you are passed around different people. It feels much more personal and less stressful when your sale is handled by one person. Both Rob and Ash are very good and dedicated and you couldn't ask for more.

I would like to thank the Home Estates team for the sale of my house in Salisbury Street, at the end of this year. They are a small but efficient team; Rob takes cares of the selling part and Ash coordinates the process after a buyer has been agreed. In my case I saw the dream flat I wanted to buy and had the typical negative thoughts that I would not be able to get a sale for my property to be able to secure this. However, within the next few days Rob had two offers on my house, eventually selling to a lovely first-time buyer couple. I would say they understand the local market and the right price for a house. Again, in my case I wanted things done quickly and they certainly achieved this. In terms of the follow up process, there are always hitches with solicitors these days and Ash was very proactive in coordinating timely responses with both the buyer and seller solicitors. In short if you are looking to work with a small friendly team, efficient and experienced then I recommend Home Estates. They are very proactive and found them to be available for my calls
always. I am not sure if they take holidays there, but I wish them both a both Happy Christmas and a well-earned break. I am so grateful for their help in sorting my own circumstances out.

They chased everyone to make sure they were doing what they needed to do. We in turn made time to do are bits quickly and the result is Sold, Exchanged & Completed in six weeks - fabulous!!!
