Live London Estates were my landlords for nearly two years and I had a very positive experience with them. The rent was fair and issues were generally dealt with in a reasonable time. They were understanding and easy to communicate with.

Unprofessional business, scammers. Flat advertised was not a flat that I was shown to. Completely different place, when confronted Harry lied: “oh we must have used wrong pics”. They used wrong pics and descriptions on each major letting flats site. Not worth it.

I've rented a studio from Live London Estates from 3 years ago and these guys have been super helpful and attentive throughout the tenancy. Joseph particularly have always been available specially if there was a emergency situation even if it was after hours or during public Holidays. Disgusting ethics and culture within this company.
I booked a viewing in Croydon, no body showed from the company, there was about 10 people waiting outside. They don't answer the phone, they don't call you to tell you they are not coming.
