Have used miller's estate agents to sell my old flat and currently selling my house with Scott, much like when selling my flat Scott has been clear on the process and very helpful, sold my flat very quickly and for a great price, and same goes with the house, went on market just last week and have accepted again, another great offer for the house, considerably more than I was expecting, so very pleased, I had a few quotes from other estate agents and cost wise they was all much the same so decided as Scott done so well selling my old flat I'd ask him to sell the house, so glad I did, same, well advised, quick and efficient service as before, highly recommended... Great experience with Scott, both from a buying and selling perspective. Very personable and consistent in his approach to communication, which made the whole process far easier. Was able to get a great offer on my property, with Scott conducting well organised viewings, updating us throughout. Thankfully Scott is great at following up with potential buyers post-viewing to help set their expectations (as this meant we didn't miss out on our purchase property!), which he does so without being pushy and forcing a sale. I was genuinely unsure as to the state of the current market with regard to the sale of our flat and how easily it would sell. Meeting with Scott and listening to his advice and guidance on how he would market it helped disperse some of our concerns. They were fully allayed when we became aware of what he had done next. Having generated significant interest in the flat Scott arranged viewings over three days and advised going to a closing date . Several offers were forthcoming with most beating our expectations.
