They provided us with lots of help and guidance to make things run smoothly and all this was made available by a very helpful lady called Anna Thomson who works at countrywide. Office staff in particular are to be commended for their welcoming and patient approach to those of us unfamiliar with the process. The outcome was a quick sale at a good price. Would use again and certainly recommend to others.

We really cannot fault the service we received from Aaron and would recommend him to anyone (indeed - we already have). He kept us well informed through the process; we never had to chase him. He also stayed late one evening to assist us with a potentially costly snag during the process, which he resolved speedily and smoothly. We would have no hesitation in working with Aaron again. The team was highly responsive and efficient throughout the process, with excellent communication and prompt assistance whenever needed. Jack happened to conduct all of my viewings, including the very first one in my property search. He was professional, patient, and approachable throughout, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. His calm and reassuring manner made the process much less stressful, particularly during my first viewing. As a student, I found him easy to communicate with and appreciated his understanding of my perspective.

His communication was excellent at every stage, always keeping me informed and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The information he brought when he came to value the property showed that he had done his homework and knew the area. If, or, when we look to move in the future il be coming back to Connaire for sure.
