23rd Apr 2026 (7 days ago)The sales team especially Katy, have been great, very friendly helpful and cheery ,I was a bit disappointed in what the first agent said I could get for my house , he said £10,000 more and think he went more with what I was hoping to get , think all estate agents do need to remember that although they do this all the time buyers and sellers don't, so a bit more explanation and contact would be good, this is not just Move 8 , its most estate agents , my friends had same experience with other estate agents , all in all job done , now onto the legal team .
21st Apr 2026 (9 days ago)During the initial appointment/consultation, Jayne Smith provided an extremely comprehensive overview of the current property market in general as well as in my local area. She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

15th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Over all it was a good and very short experience. For sale sign went up, next day 3 offers and accepted 1, so SOLD. Only problems was their recommendation of a lawyer who were not very professional at all. Had to sack them and instruct another lawyer which was very inconvenient.

Their staff are polite, professional, responsible, and hardworking. Every time I communicate with them, I feel respected and completely stress-free. Even after I had to withdraw my offer, their team remained approachable, understanding, and courteous, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Daryl kept us informed and managed viewings, which greatly reduced any pressure for us as owners. 24th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)Aaron supported us with the legal conveyancing of both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our forever home. We really cannot fault the service we received from Aaron and would recommend him to anyone (indeed - we already have). He kept us well informed through the process; we never had to chase him. He also stayed late one evening to assist us with a potentially costly snag during the process, which he resolved speedily and smoothly. We would have no hesitation in working with Aaron again. He’s a brilliant solicitor. Thank you, Aaron for all your help these past few months.
9th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Administration of the property leasing old school, no silly apps and speak to people which is great. However that’s where the good part comes ends. The problem is the inspector and the property manager. Poor landlord is suffering the consequence, a lot of inconsistencies in what they are saying to both parties, as is the poor tenant that relies on them To make matters worse lettings manager ignores complaints rather than properly investigating. Even after council report, no acknowledgment of issues. What can one do?

He called us with a property that came back on the market we were really interested in and if it wasn't for him we were ready for giving up. Kellie and Sammie have also been great, everyone is very friendly, professional and helpful.

Our sale went through equally fast too, with James identifying the right buyers for our property ensuring with had a solid, acceptable offer within 48hours of listing. Always on-hand to help, no matter the time or day.

As a first-time renter, I really appreciated how friendly, clear and efficient the team were from the very beginning. The initial viewing was welcoming, and the application process was handled quickly once I expressed interest in the property. From there, everything was well organised and any questions I had along the way were answered clearly. A special thank you to Eliza, who has been consistently communicative and responsive throughout move-in, maintenance and tenancy queries. She made what could have felt like a daunting process feel much easier to navigate and was always on hand whenever anything needed sorting.
