50% rent increase, and when I tried to talk to them about it they didn't even acknowledge my email and sent me an eviction notice. They're ripping apart the community in Downend.
Edit: Ocean's response is dishonest and I'm surprised they are allowed to say this. All the tenants in my building were given 40-50% rent increases. Some of those people had been in the building for more than 10 years and they were evicted from the property like they didn't matter. After a decade of paying rent on time and looking after the property. Absolutely awful people.
