We are first-time buyers, so we are looking at many flats/houses. Vandross Cox-Durrant showed us two flats, and although they weren't the right choice for us, Vandross was very professional and nice to us. He was welcoming and he gave us all the information and answers to the questions we asked. It was nice to be greeted by him!

Reviewing for two flat viewings facilitated by Vandross. Vandross was knowledgeable, polite, responsive and helpful with our questions. With the second viewing it would have been helpful to have a longer time slot as there were several parties squeezed into a small space of time which felt a bit rushed. Thanks for your help Vandross.
