Vandross showed us around a home in north Bristol this week. He was very knowledgeable (especially compared to other companies agents we had had show us around similar properties), polite and professional throughout the viewing and has checked in with us in a timely manner since. Vandross was able to answer all our questions during the viewing and never made us feel like any were silly and was very helpful in explaining the ongoing process.

Vandross was really welcoming and friendly, happy to try and answer any questions we had. I really like how he let us have our own time looking round the house without the feel of trying to oversell the house, he let the property do the talking and was right there with us to answer any questions we had. We didn't feel rushed either which is always positive during a busy viewing time!

We have now viewed multiple properties around Bristol and by far our best experience has been with Evie at Ocean. She was consistently kind and responsive, and very knowledgeable about the property and area. We hope to use Ocean again in our property search!

I have just used Ocean to sell a property in Horfield and have also used the legal team at the Filton office. Andy Burge has been approachable, informed and excellent at marketing the house, achieving a fair price for the property and keeping me informed along the way. Julie Hawkins has also been first class in her communication and a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation recommending Ocean, particularly as an overall package, in all respects of selling in north Bristol.

Excellent experience with Ocean when buying our house. Prompt responses to our queries and requests to view the property. Andy always had a good knowledge of the property at viewings. The solicitors (Jasmine and Dimitri) made the conveyancing process straightforward. Julie was extremely helpful to keep our minds at ease and pull the whole process together. Finally the mortgage advisors and home insurance advisors were also a great help!

Vandross is a credit to Ocean Estate agents. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He has really taken the time to get to know what I’m looking for and has been amazing throughout the whole process of looking for a home for my son and I. I have found the whole experience of buying a house hugely daunting but having Vandross around has made it a lot easier.
