From the start of our transaction we had difficulties. However, they were poems created by the tenant. Ocean's agents were very professional in the way they sorted those problems. They were able to arrange all sorts of help to smooth the selling process and allow us to go about our normal lives without worry. This during one of the most stressful events in a person's life.
