The worst letting agency I have ever seen. Very rude behaviour from the staff. He talks as if he does not want to rent the properties. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour. Not recommended at all. Never gonna deal with them again.

Office staff were professional but I was discriminated on the basis that I changed my name twice which 'didn't sit well with the landlord' even though I provided valid I.D documents and discussed the matter with Richard on the phone somehow changing your name twice is a cardinal sin according to the landlord. Absolutely disgraceful!

Talked to Richard Fitzgerald on the phone. He was extremely rude and non responsive. I called to ask if I can view a place they offering and he straight up said no. I said, that I am interested in the property but can't decide without viewing the property and he said 'lets leave it at that then'. I asked would the landlord be willing to extend the start date from 1 week because that is when my current tenancy ends, and he said 'no.'. He was going on about other people interested in the property and I didn't feel like he wanted to sell the place. Extremly rude and not recomended. Sounded like a scam imo. And reading these review of current tenants, no wonder they are not allowing any viewings. I would stay away.

Probably the worse estate agent. They rented out an upper flat without carbon alarm or fire alarm. Couldn't view the property due to covid. Place was filthy. Shower leaking. Keep away from pro lets.

Quick and helpful when responding to maintenance issues, really friendly staff, got full deposit back. However lack of furniture in property, no dining room table and desk chairs not provided.

Well what can I say more than one name in the Business, Richie Rich took 860 of our deposit which the landlord had to replace him self, proper rude fella and doesnt care for customer service.
Would i recommend this to a friend, yes actually i would recommend to stay the fook away from them xxxxxxxxxxxx

Pro lets worker Richard: This man is unprofessional and rude. During a visit to Pro lets I was speaking with a separate member of staff (not Richard). During our conversation, we got interrupted by Richard in an extremely harsh tone preaching his own agender. Richard just seemed to let his anger out on us then leave the building. It was embarrassing to see a grown man not know how to control himself then abandoning the office.
Property maintenance: Three weeks without heating/hot water after the report was made. A leak in our kitchen roof during winter for over 6 weeks after the report was made. An open pipe connecting to the toilet for over 3 weeks after being reported. A hoover not being provided at a student property leading to dust allergies being triggered and dirt build-up.
Deposits: Deposits are put given to DPS, which is a third party company that holds deposits during a tenancy. The only problem with this is Pro lets sends the money to DPS in the first place. Our house gave Pro lets £1280 plus for a deposit. Pro lets then only transfer DPS £400. What happens to the other £880? Well at the end of our contract the landlord agreed for our house to receive the full £1280 plus back from DPS, then to find only £400 had been deposited. This then was a problem for both the landlord and tenants, £880 missing. All tenants had to go to there banks and get full statements providing to the landlord Pro lets had taken a deposit of £1280 plus. This then leads to the landlord having to cover the £880 of missing money out his own pocket. This is the last we heard of the situation.

Very unprofessional, we are in the early stages with this company having just signed the contract, however I suspect I'll be updating this with more negative examples in months to come if their unprofessionalism continues. They do not reply to emails, every time you ring up the person you need to speak to is not in the office. They gave us no negotiation regarding a start date. They do not confirm when they have recieved information nor do they keep you updated as to what is outstanding. Haven't even moved in yet but I will update when appropriate, likewise, I will increase the rating should they improve

Staff are friendly and quite approachable.
The lettings agents are quite accommodating and easily provide you with information and details regarding all your queries and concerns. Nothing is too little and too big of a deal.
I have moved flats several times and I can confidently say that their lettings agents are absolutely professional. Nothing but praises.
