Chris at the shanklin office was excellent- helpful , informative and professional as well as enthusiastic…their walk around video tour is a superb sales tool and looks superior to a standard video tour that others offer and their personalised activity portal is also a useful feature - overall highly recommended

Faultless service from Jayde…. Needed help on getting accurate valuations of a few properties.
Jayde gave me realistic values supported with comparable properties she had sold giving me confidence that what she was saying was correct.
Made a clear plan from initial marketing to handing over the keys so I knew every step of the way where we were on the sales without having to ask.

Really lovely buying experience from this estate agent. Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

Unbelievable service from Scott and the team in Banstead, they where incredibly efficient and kept us informed the whole way through, we also used their recommend Lawyers and we found the whole experience faultless, form putting our property on the market to sale was so quick one of their quickest I believe!!

Worthy of 10*****'s based on my experience with Phillips & Still.
Exemplary service from beginning to end - Chris, Richard & Demi are above and beyond what one would expect.
The market is saturated with agents to market and have taken care of the minefield that is selling a property. Stop looking; Phillips & Still are the ones.
