Very happy with the service provided from the whole of the sales team at the Walsall branch. Would highly recommend using in house solictors too. Sped up the process for us and made paperwork a lot easier.

I needed a valuation for probate purposes. We arranged a suitable appointment straight away. Kasey arrived on the time agreed and carried out a thorough inspection before explaining everything, showing comparable house prices and the reason for her valuation. Based on her excellent service so far I definitely recommend her and will be back when it comes to selling the house.

From showroom to execution, In my opinion perfect, every question ask was actioned, detail and delivery was perfect. No question was left unanswered. I would highly recommend Baistow Eves sales and letting agent team, if you’re looking to buy your first property or your second property.

From start to finish, the experience we had from Bairstow Eves was impeccable.
We had Nick value our property and within the week we had not only sold ours but found and accepted offer on our dream forever home too.
