Rodrigo called me yesterday to arrange a viewing in Oval, with viewings organised between 1700 and 1800 for today. I confirmed 1745 on my day off.
At 1649 I received an email confirming the viewing and requesting my phone number, despite calling me the day before.
I received a phone call at 1722 to cancel the viewing from another agent, not sure who but she was apologetic and polite. I don’t believe for a minute it was due to the tenant cancelling half way through the viewing slot but Rodrigo not setting it up. The man didn’t even have the decency to call me and cancel himself.
I wasted a two and a half hour round trip on my day off. Absolute clown behaviour. Thank you.
