Zoe, working at Chamberlains in their Bovey Tracey office was brilliant from start to finish working on the sale of my mother's home. Communication was really good, by phone or email, she kept me updated at every step. She provided a professional, friendly, excellent service throughout, tactfully negotiating some very challenging issues with my solicitor that ultimately helped both me as the seller and also the buyers in the process. Hence five stars!
I'd have no hesitation in recommending Chamberlains to buy or sell your property!

i have not had a positive experience with chamberlains my house went up for sale beginning of may ive heard nothing from them for months except a report telling me how many people have viewed my house on their site but no one has been to look at my property i rang to talk to them about it i was happy to put the price down but the young man i spoke to was extremely rude to me blamed covid and that i wouldnt lower the price well covid is 2019 its now 2024 and ive never been consulted with regards to putting my price down because they never bothered contacted me im shocked how badly treated ive been i thought chamberlains was a good estate agent not any more

We sold and bought through Chamberlains in Bovey. Zoe and team are fantastic, so patient and understanding. Great with awkward or reluctant partners! ;-) and great with fussy requirements. We found the perfect home through Zoe and we can never thank her enough for everything she did. Xx

Zoe and Sam were excellent. Estate agents who were always professional and utilized their common sense and experience. Working hard to achieve the best and efficient outcome with the sale of our property.
Our main contact was Zoe and her communication skills were fantastic ( and appreciated). Always prompt, even answering emails when on holiday ( not expected of course). Zoe was honest and positive with her approach. I would recommend Bovey Tracey Chamberlains and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Chamberlains could not have made things easier for Tracy and myself. We deal with Chamberlains lettings who always give a great service, this is the first time we have sold a property through them. Great service from start to finish, keeping us informed all the way to make it a pretty much trouble free process. Can't thank you enough and would recommend these Estate Agents to anyone. Absolutely fantastic service. Everybody in the office hardworking, Approachable, And Professional. Went that extra mile and chased and chased until property sold. Really kept the sale on track in my mind. Always prompt feedback after every viewing. Fantastic experience from start to end. Would only use Chamberlains in the future. Well done guys !!!
