Wendy Gawn, of Chapplins, has been absolutely brilliant in assisting my girlfriend's and I first property purchase. From day one of helping us understand our affordability, all the way through to securing a DIP and purchasing our house, she has answered all our questions in a professional manner and explained the process in a clear and simple way. I could not recommend her and Chapplins enough!

I chose Chapplins of Fareham to market my house after reading all the excellent Google reviews. They didn't disappoint! Darren and his team were all very professional with very good communication and feedback throughout the whole process. So far the best agents we have dealt with. We bought our first property through Chapplins and this was managed by Peter. He went above and beyond to make it a smooth purchase. Peter called and emailed us promptly with any updates, and it was so easy go get in touch with him when needed. He was absolutely 10/10 fantastic and we are certain we will be using their services again when we come to moving.

We have just sold our house through Chapplins Estate Agency. We cannot recommend them highly enough. From the beginning of the process when we met Darren we felt assured that we would receive a professional service, which we did. The whole team visited our house before our property went on sale to ensure that they would be able to show potential buyers around, confident in the knowledge that they were familiar with our property. Our property sold quickly (on the first day of viewings)and the after care service was excellent, right up until the time of completion.
We would not hesitate to recommend them and cannot thank them enough for the excellent care they have given us.
