Cluttons advised us to market our property at a price point which had to be reduced several times before we were able to achieve a sale (by 135k in total, or about 23%). This likely put off potential buyers and caused a protracted marketing process. Poor read of the market at the outset has cost us, when we relied on their apparent market expertise.

During a recent protracted and rather difficult purchase process for a flat in Islington, we found James and the team at Cluttons to be extremely helpful. James was readily available for advice and updates during the process as well as working hard to get the sale over the line.
Happily the purchase has now completed and we are delighted with our new home!

I don't usually leave reviews but Joe at Cluttons was so helpful and made the whole process so easy and pleasant.
