I was very pleased with the professional service offered by all the team at the Stratton Creber Liskeard office. There was a few hurdles to get over but all was sorted very quickly . Thank you for all your work that everyone put in to get me into my rented property many thanks Richard

Had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie when renting a new property. Was very helpful through the whole process and assisted when minor parts of the application required further attention. Would recommend using Countrywide to let or rent a property from to anyone considering without any hesitation.

Hello,first of all they didnt sell our house,we showed a few buyers around as C&W dont dont seem to do this on a weekend,the feedback we got from the potenial buyers is that C&W where difficult to get hold of (covid didnt help)for viewings.A few of them didnt know various particulars about the house which C&W should of told them.

Countrywide have provided a great service and managed to sell our rental property within 3 weeks. I liked that they are advertising online but also still provide cards in their window for older generations who don't have smartphones. We were kept updated throughout the process with emails to let us know when viewings were taking place and were given updates as to how they went. I'm really happy we went with them.

Countrywide in Paisley were fabulous when selling my property recently. A very well-oiled machine taking all the stress, hassle and confusion away. From the initial meeting with Christopher to the viewing bookings, call-backs and negotiations handled by Megan and the team in the office, Rocha & Melissa, nothing phased them.
The marketing of the property was beyond my expectations, 20 viewings generated over 4 days, 12 in the first 24 hours, and all viewings handled by Countrywide's own experienced viewings team - really couldn't ask for more!
From my experience I really can't recommend Countrywide highly enough, very efficient, professional, reassuring and focused on maximising the sale opportunity. Definitely a safe pair of hands!

Fantastic service from the whole team! Always someone on hand to answer questions, guide you or point you you in the right direction if you need something. Can't fault Countrywide (Airdrie) and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property in the area.
