I recently purchased in the area and was assisted by Ellions estate agents.
I primarily worked with Mahul who was absolutely amazing. He was very efficient at coordinating communication between several parties. In my case, the transaction was not a straighforward one and without Mahul's assistance could have easily dragged on a month or two. I was very impressed by his performance as an agent.
Ellisons as an estate agency as great and this is from the perspective of someone who prettu much worked with all big name estate agencies (I attempted to purchase 8 times????). My only regret is I wish I had gotten the opportunity to work with them sooner. I know people generally do not have good things to say about EAs but in my experience the EAs here are genuine, efficient and sympathetic. You actually have that feeling of we are working together on this.
Shoutout to Adrian and Sam who helped along this journey too!

We purchased a property in Morden via Ellisons. Karl was very kind and welcoming when he showed us around the property, and explained the process well to us, as we are first time buyers. Hayley helped us complete, and she was diligent throughout. The team at Ellisons were excellent and kept us in the loop at all times, and were always happy to promptly answer any questions we had. I strongly recommend working with Ellisons as they really minimised the stress of the process.

We bought in Wimbledon through Ellisons - and were really impressed by their service from the beginning. Sam and Mahul really looked after us as buyers and maintained a high level of professionalism, care and communication with all parties throughout our transaction. We would not hesitate to engage them if/when it comes our turn to sell!

I would definitely recommend Ellisons. Great service from Karl for a sale in Merton. Everything was of high standard and they were very knowledgeable and helpful from beginning to end. It took less than three months from first visit to completion, a testament to how good they are. Thank you!
