I recently had an experience with renting a property and I'm so glad I found Goadsby agents. They have been so helpful throughout the process in particular Reece Finn. The communication was excellent and catered to my needs to move in earlier than the planned date as I had to leave the previous property. Definitely recommended ????.

Second to none support from both Simon from London road branch and Mandy from Chandlers ford who was our sales progressor.
I had chosen a solicitor who you'd have thought didn't own a keyboard and didn't understand the concept of answering a phone... This became extremely frustrating as we couldn't get any updates or any communication at all for that matter and as first time buyers you need to have some level of "hand holding" because everything is new and confusing
Luckily Simon and Mandy were on the case and helped push for responses and eventually we managed to lock in a completion date for when we needed it
Both Mandy and Simon knew my that communication was not my solicitors forte and therefore called me the moment we exchanged to congratulate us..
Thank you both, you made an otherwise stressful situation much smoother and it is greatly appreciated

I recently had the pleasure of viewing a property with Simon, the sales manager at Goadsby. Simon was incredibly informative, honest, and genuine throughout the entire process. Unlike many estate agents, he was not pushy at all, which made a huge difference. He answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly, making my whole family feel very comfortable. His professionalism and friendly demeanour made the experience smooth and enjoyable. He spent a long time showing the property which was really appreciated! I highly recommend Simon for anyone looking to buy a property.

I can't fault the team at the Charminster branch. They marketed my property very well, taking excellent photographs. They always kept me informed of what was happening and I feel they judged the price of the property exactly right. The property sold within a fortnight and they were also very efficient with all the ensuing paperwork from the solicitors. I thoroughly recommend them.

4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

We have just sold our property with Goadsby Bournemouth. They were amazing!
