Decided to have the house valued for the first time since we moved in a decade ago. Spoke initially with Georgina who was pleasant and easy to deal with.
Beverley, who did our valuation, was a pleasure to have in our home. Clearly very knowledgable and understanding of the Ashtead area having worked at JQ for 25 years. I liked the fact that Beverley told me straight, the pros and cons of the property and how and why it was valued at a certain price.
No smoke and mirrors. Which is hard to come by these days.
I’d be happy to give a good word to anyone who asks about JQ in the future.
