Horrible customer service
Bad communication
Won't refund your deposit even if its their fault
Kept delaying the process until we had to look for another property. Despite we did everything accordingly. The application form they gave us was for a residential property when we were trying to rent a commercial property. I'm not sure what it is they wanted to achieve but I'm sure we weren't treated fairly.
Thank you non the less however this is been a very bad experience for us ????
