We bought from them at the first place and we sold from them too.
Sebastien and Afzal have been really present during all the process. Buying or selling a property in the UK is not the most easier process.
But they made it the most smoothly possible for each part during all the transaction.

I had a great experience with KFH who helped me find and secure the first flat I’m renting on my own in London, so quite a big step for me. I dealt with Rosie who proactively reached out to me with the viewing opportunity and supported on the subsequent next steps around the offer, landlord liaising and move-in details. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and efficient which made the process smooth and less daunting for me. Anyone would be in great hands with Rosie.

After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made.
They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken.
Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional.
We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

As a first-time buyer, I had a fantastic experience working with Zack at KFH. He was extremely professional, supportive, and always available to help with any questions I had. So pleased with KFH Bayswater team as they sold my property within 3 months! Paul the manager is extremely knowledgeable of the market and local area demands.
