Been looking for a pet friendly rental flat for almost 3 months and finally found a great place! So many other agents said “yes it’s pet friendly”, we put in an offer, and we were then told it’s not pet friendly. Overall an absolute nightmare!
Finally found a great place with KFH! Our agent was Randall who was super responsive, quick to do everything and just a really nice guy. Our flat is amazing, within budget and in a great condition. Overall I am so happy and relieved that I found KFH!

While we didn't end up purchasing our property through KFH Balham, we had a great experience with their team. Joel is a phenomenal estate agent. He bent over backwards for us, was always responsive, and very honest and trustworthy. Can't recommend Joel enough.

After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made.
They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken.
Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional.
We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

So pleased with KFH Bayswater team as they sold my property within 3 months! Paul the manager is extremely knowledgeable of the market and local area demands.
