I had a really positive experience working with Christina at Knight Frank. She was proactive, responsive, and took the time to properly understand my requirements, budget, and situation.
What stood out was how helpful and honest she was throughout the process - from arranging viewings efficiently to suggesting relevant off-market properties. Even when an offer fell through, she quickly arranged another nearby viewing that same day.
Although I didn’t end up securing a property through Knight Frank this time, I really appreciated Christina’s professionalism and helpful approach throughout the search process.

I had a great experience buying with Knight Frank! The completion process was super fast, less than 2.5 months after my first viewing. My estate agent Emmie was lovely, she was on top of everything the whole time and really got things done quickly.

I am shocked by the 4.9 rating here that they really don't deserve. The agent wasted 4 months since I vacated the property dilly-dallying between - "Please confirm" and "I am waiting for the landlord to confirm" and that "I don't control the response time from the landlord". I still haven't received my deposit. For the last two emails, I have been ghosted. He made me miss my 3 months deadline to raise a dispute with TDS as well. I didn't think I would have to worry about these cheap tactics from a company like KnightFrank. For a GBP 300 something deduction, that I never even contested, I am still waiting for my deposit to be released. Though they did try to charge me for bills that I had already settled - had to share account closure emails and screenshots with them as well. I had been a very good tenant - kept the flat clean and well maintained, paid all my bills on time, paid the rent on time.
Unbelievable and extremely unprofessional of them!

Truly exceptional estate agents. Jason and his team provide an outstanding service from viewings through to completion. Jason is extremely professional, has a wealth of knowledge and has a thoughtful approach to marketing and sales. He made contact regularly and if there was no news he would still touch base and give valuable advice to ensure the sale carried on quickly and efficiently which it certainly did. This was a somewhat emotional sale for me and I felt fully supported all the way through which was invaluable and very much appreciated. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Knight Frank in Henley.

I have sold several houses over the years and my experience with Charlotte Mantle of Knight Frank Wimbledon was by far the best. It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.
