Terrible customer service, they ask you to provide a lot of information only to actively ignore attempts to communicate. I've heard that, allegedly, they have a strong dislike of children and don't want tenants with families

We have had a fantastic service from all at Lang Town & Country Plymstock on our recent purchase. Holly went above and beyond to chase for updates and with help from Kat, we were kept updated throughout the whole process which has a been a bit of a roller-coaster. Both were very friendly and professional and we would highly recommend Lang Town and Country following the service we have received. Thank you :)

Holly valued our house for us recently. Not only was she professional, and personable but she was realistic. She was not the type of agent that would promise the world to gain your business, which was a breath of fresh air! I couldn’t recommended Holly enough, she really is fantastic at what she does.

Lang town and country interfered into situations which they had no right to and when I told them not to I was ignored . I would not use them again

Fantastic experience selling my home through Lang at Plymstock. Holly was absolutely fantastic throughout, keeping us updated on all matters and providing reassurance when needed to both ourselves and our buyers. I would highly recommend the team at the Plymstock branch!

Professional communication. Always kept us informed when viewings were scheduled. Gave us advice on what to do next when asked without any pressure. Accepted an offer within weeks of putting property on the market at the original asking price. Very good.
