Awfully poor communication.
I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations.
They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed.
I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham

Lovelle estate agents were open , honest and up front with the evaluation of the property. From local experience they knew the market , whom potential buyers would be. The standard of service was professional the team worked closely with me , my buyers and solicitors communication was second to none. Overall the local expertise and support certainly helped make a house sale & move much more painless. I cannot recommend the team highly enough.
