What can i say. Not having sold a property for some years now i felt a little overwhelmed. Jamie from MANN Portsmouth arrived at our door to provide a valuation on our property. The moment he entered our house he made my wife and I feel very relaxed about the whole process. His knowledge about the properties in the area and what we could obtain for ours made us feel at ease straight away and he provided a valuation that we were extremely satisfied with. But it didn't stop there. Jamie continued to provide all of the information we needed and within two weeks our property was sold. I cannot rate Jamie and the team highly enough. I must also mention Anna at MANN Waterlooville who has also been extremely helpfull in our search for a new property. All of the sales team at MANN have been extremely kind and courteous to my wife and I throughout this process. Thank for a great job well done.

Excellent friendly professional competent service on all fronts by all staff, from start to finish on a long and complex probate related sale. Freddy and Jack assisted above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion, especially in the closing weeks, days and even hours, in order to deal successfully with any unforeseeable incidences. Mann Sales and Letting Agents Canterbury were brilliant at coordinating renovations to the rented property and they found a new tenant straight away. I would recommend them.

Just called them enquiring about a property advertised. They came across so passive aggressive and condescending. Really shocked and disappointed. Never heard nothing like it. Completely unprofessional. Clearly they are not here to sell properties

I would not recommend Mann Ashford. They were not pro active and did not keep in contact to let us know what they were doing in terms of our property. No one answered the phone. They were disinterested and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. Never phoned us we had to phone them. They achieved no viewings on our property. A very poor performance and no service.

Really badly organised office and bad communication from staff. Had a stressful time. Glad the property didn't go through and grateful to get my reservation fee back that's the only respite.

What Can I say! 5 stars all the way!
From the Get go the team have been outstanding. However I would like to especially mention Vivienne. Throughout the whole process of agreeing to rent a property with Mann lettings, vivienne's customer service has been exceptional, warm, Friendly, informative, polite and just overall amazing. I really cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and help through this process. Matt You have also made the whole situation so easy, and moving house is stressful for anyone!
