I've been working with Martin & Co. for over a decade now, and I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.
Throughout that time, they have been exceptional in managing my property and have consistently exceeded my expectations.
They have always done an outstanding job of maximising the return on my investment, regularly securing top-end rental offers. On one occasion, when we experienced a leak from a neighbouring property, they went above and beyond to ensure that every penny we were entitled to was recovered through the insurance process.
Just as importantly, they take great care in looking after the property itself. They ensure tenants treat it well, stay on top of maintenance issues, and deal with repairs promptly and professionally. Whenever problems arise, they are proactive in finding practical, cost-effective solutions rather than simply opting for the most expensive route.
What I value most, however, is their honesty and integrity. Over more than ten years working together, they have never tried to push unnecessary work or expenses. Instead, they consistently provide balanced, sensible advice and look for the most effective solution. The level of trust they've earned means I can genuinely leave things in their hands without worrying.
They also never shy away from hard work. Whether dealing with difficult situations, unexpected issues, or the countless details involved in property management, they tackle everything with professionalism and determination.
A special mention must go to Miriam, who has been my primary point of contact for at least the last five years. She is an absolute credit to Martin & Co. — always on top of things, incredibly responsive, proactive, and a pleasure to deal with. No matter the issue, I know it will be handled quickly and thoroughly, and her communication is consistently excellent. She is also a genuinely wonderful human being (and the reason i am writing this review!)
After more than a decade as a client, I can say without hesitation that Martin & Co. have made being a landlord significantly easier and less stressful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and highly effective property management team.

Have used the lettings side for over 20 years and now I've sold the property used their sales team and I cannnot recommend them enought. Great service and always working with your interests at heart

I found Martin and Co to be very on point from start to finish. I menly delt with Joseph with the sale of my property in Harrogate. But the rest of the team were very informed to. I would definitely recommend to others.

Absolute cowboys ??????. Stay away from this shower. Plenty of other agencies out there who conduct business in a professional manner. This lot operate like their working out of a mate's garage. Comms is non-existent. Attitude and enthusiasm on the floor. Clearly all about the bottom line. I doubt they employ many people, and those they do are paid peanuts no doubt. Whereas I'm sure Mr Martin is very well off and maybe even some of his Co! It's simple really - AVOID.

We have been with Martin & Co Camden for over 6 years, the length we have been landlords. Miriam Nasif our property manager has been extremely friendly, approachable and efficient at dealing with all aspects of her job on our behalf, nothing being to much trouble. We highly recommend using Martin & Co Camden as agents overseeing any issues that occur for landlords. We would also like to thank David and James Rodriguez for being so helpful to us as landlords

My sister and I cannot fault Martin and Co - especially Joseph Choma who handled our move. We had everything explained at each stage, which had not happened with our previous estate agents, and were very understanding of any questions/queries we had. Since moving in, we had to contact the property management team at 7pm on a Sunday evening and we received a response instantly and the issue was sorted the following day. I would definitely recommend Martin and Co to others

Without doubt, Martin & Co. provide a service that surpasses anything you could possibly ask from a Letting and Management Agent.
The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant.
Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.
