We decided to take our property off the market and will return to the market when our contractual obligation to M&B has ended. Should have looked at trust pilot before I signed with these. Spoke to other people about their experience, all had the same story as us. I won't repeat the stories on public media.

My wife and I attended a second viewing of a property that interested us a few days earlier. The young man, James Hodgson, who met us was on time, well dressed and very personable. During our visit he showed great maturity and offered a few usefull ideas supporting us in how we could personalise the property should we proceed further. We have made an offer, which has been accepted, and are moving forward.
We have looked at many properties in our quest to satisfy our very specific requirements, and would say James was the most impressive we have met. A credit to himself and his company, Minors & Brady.

These people are the most pushiest people around. They wait for you to go on the market with another agent and then phone on a daily basis to try get your business when your in contract with someone else. The agents that show you around are to busy on Snapchat and not interested at all

Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.

I have used minors and Brady Wroxham branch twice now , and my auntie used them first I have recommended many friends that have also used them , I always use the Wroxham branch , as Abbie is amazing always prompt and happy to help , sold my previous property with this branch and Abbie’s follow up and after care was amazing, they always sell quick and get you a good price , highly recommended their services, chasing the chain , solicitors etc Abbie has always been a great support, a value to this company as well as many others in this office , I opted for a multi agent policy, but only instructed them and had every confidence my property would sell in their care thank you
