Awful experience, rented from these guys back in 2017. Flat was awful, assistance was awful and the application process was horrendous. Reviewing only now after seeing my old emails with them whereby they were completely disorganised. They didn't do anything dodgy with my deposit or such but the price and conditions of the property were unjustifiably bad and considering it was my second rental property, it was suspect that they were so suspicious of my background.

Had a great experience with Northwood, They sold our house with in two weeks. The set up was very quick and very professional, excellent web presentation, photography and description and great communication. That sells houses!! Special thanks to Ali Clark great job.

Sadly I've had to edit this review downwards because after leaving the property we were charged £250 for "professional cleaning" despite no damages or repairs! That's ridiculous and a rip off.

Super friendly staff who were eager to help and support me through every step of the application processes, also making sure I’ve settled in to my new property and making it clear they are always there for extra support should I need it. Been with them for more than 5 years (from back when they were Bowes Mitchell), we have a rented house in the Fairways estate. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Prompt and well-done repairs. No hassle, no fuss, just good service.

Worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with never sorted any of the problems we reported, that needed fixing always had to do it myself to then be told I didn’t have permission to do that. there rude on the phone when you call them about a issue. and trying to get my deposit back was a issue I was always having to chase for it back and after about a month I still didn’t get the full amount Avoid at all cost

I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast.
My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc.
I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

I definitely recommend Northwood estates. I recently moved in the United Kingdom so didn’t know how the system works , however I received a lot of help from Patience which is one of the agent of Northwood . I’m very happy that I chose them.
