Absolutely worst place you can rent from!!! Stay far far away! I’m not the only one who’s having issues getting my security deposit back! It’s been 37 days since I’ve moved out of the property and I’ve been passed from pillar to post it’s alway their in a meeting or they will call back but never do! Not it’s got to the point where they are just hanging up on me!
I have taken legal action against them and reported to rent smart wales where there is an investigation underway!
They have absolutely no idea how to run a business or how to speak or handle customers!
!!!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY !!!!!!!!!
It’s been 2 months and till now 1 email back from the office!
Still the same news on the phone every time they’re out of office or in a meeting!
Now they’re just being very awkward and not realising my bond and that I have to do it myself!
Please stay far far away from this company!! They’re a scamming bunch of people!! Have no care in the world.

When initially viewing the property my agent Grant was welcoming and informative. He was friendly and definitely put me at ease when deciding on this big decision in moving. All the office staff have been friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

the house i seen was not worth the money in my opinion the sockets were cracked and the garden looked like a jungle the front door and windows were stinking never been cleaned

Another good experience with Peter Morgan. The brochure for the property contained excellent photographs showing the property at its best.
All visits were handled efficiently we were notified in advance and again nearer time and the visits were followed up quickly.
A suitable buyer was found and the sale was moved along efficiently.
I have recommended Peter Morgan to friends.

Frm a land lord; this company are atrocious. Poor communication, poor management. Always in a meeting, never call back. Very late in sending my owed rent, then over charged for work I have already paid for...a substantial figure.... this is not the first time they have over charged/underpaid. I have had to chase and chase since I started with them. Always an excuse of lack of staff, meetings back to back, Barclays is holding your money...really?
Shame. Shame. Shame.
They fail to live up to their own contract.
We are changing agents.

Peter Morgan were great from start to finish they always put me at ease, always easy to get hold of and I was impressed with the way in which they captured my property to advertise in a way that other local estate agents don’t.

Worst company ever has left me in a damp filled house since November and given me every excuse not to fix the issues. Was told I need a new roof to stop the damp as I have no led on it and they still won't fix it, my elerics have now blown due to this and i can't get in touch with anybody. Been calling for months about the issues and still nothing done, living here with a 3 year old and a 8month old who can't play with anything as there's damp growing on there wall.
HEARD THEY THEY HAVE DONE THIS WITH LOADS OF LETTERS.
WOULD NOT LET WITH THEM!!

They are OK. Took us ages to book a viewing cause they didn't have enough staff (about a week), despite leaving messages, emails and Facebook messages. Were pleasant on the phone and during viewings.

Our experience of buying our house presented immense challenges and very stressful situation because of a language and communication barrier from the people we were buying the house from. Sian in the Maesteg office and Caroline in the Bridgend office in fact all the staff at Peter Morgan were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us to finally get our house. We really appreciate all that they did and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for everything you did for us.
