Lotti Milner has been first class, relentless in her efforts and keeping me constantly inform of progress, no matter if things have gone as expected, or something has caused a bump in the road, she has never shirked her responsibility, tried to hide or sugar coat the truth, exactly what you want in an agent. Always cheerful and I’m yet to hear her sound flustered. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. An absolute credit to the branch. Swimming against the tide of the stereotypical image of letting agents. Sorry to any other agents reading this, you’ll need to up your games!

Zoey and her team dealt with a complex sale involving three Attorneys. Zoey ensured that all Attorneys were kept informed, and achieved a sale at a value higher than anticipated. Zoey also made sure that all the prospective purchasers were treated equally and fairly. Trying to find somewhere to rent for the first time was a lot harder than expected, especially being a young couple with a dog. Contacted R A Bennet and was amazed by the customer service that was provided. Within a month we had found the perfect home and everything went much more smoothly than expected. We dealt with a young women named Lotti who was absolutely amazing and an absolute credit to the company, she was extremely friendly and professional and took a lot of stress away from us. When it came time to collect the keys, a gentleman named Ethan helped us finalise any small details and paperwork and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From someone who has spoke with many estate agents, this is by far the best company around and would 100% recommend if you are looking for somewhere.
Thanks to the whole team for their hard work over the last month!
