recently contacted Robinson Michael & Jackson regarding the letting of my property, and I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and courtesy shown throughout the process. Ellie?Louise Fletcher, in particular, provided exceptional service — prompt, polite, and genuinely helpful.
Even when I decided to proceed with renting the property independently, Ellie?Louise remained supportive and respectful, offering assistance without any pressure. Her communication was clear, friendly, and reassuring, which is exactly what you want when dealing with property matters.

Recently purchased our first home through Robinson Jackson. Byron was the estate agent overseeing the process and could not have been more helpful. He kept us informed throughout the whole process & even helped us chase solicitors on both sides when things were delayed. Polite, professional and went over and above.

DO NOT use these agents. We got agreed a house we loved and it got put as sold etc. Next day we got gazumped by another person who put in a much higher offer even after it was sold stc. Most agents do not entertain offers after sold etc and whilst I understand agents can legally pass on offers even after agreeing a sale and that gazumping is legal in UK, they obviously passed on the offer as they want the extra commission and we lost out the property. We are not going to get into any bidding war and raise our offer up higher than we did as a matter of principle as nice as the home was- properties come and go and we will find a better one. But please avoid them as when I have called multiple other agents in the past- once a sale is agreed, they just say that and dont emtertain offers as a courtesy but Robinson Jackson did. Deeply disappointed with the agents, with the person who put in the offer as they have no shame, and with the sellers who even accepted this after agreeing with us. Disappointing and will not trust them again.

I was very disappointed with this estate agency. The manager makes many promises but does nothing in reality. The listing was completely unprofessional, and instead of making proper improvements, they only suggested lowering the price. I cannot recommend their service.

Used these guys to let out our old family home many times. Very helpful and always seem to have good tenants who are happy and stay for a long time. Grace and Michaela have been very helpful recently getting bits of paperwork boxed off for me with no stress.
Recommend this estate agents over others in the local area if you're looking for a stress free renting process.

I have had some not so great encounters with state agents but that's not been the case with Robison-Jackson. Every time I made an enquire I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who provided the information I was looking for and now that I have completed the purchase of a property as a first time buyer I would like to thank Sharon Williams for being a great intermediary and ensuring everything was progressing as smoothly as it could go.
