When you're selling a house, you want efficiency, regular updates and to feel like you are being looked after. That is Nikita Taylor. We were having pretty much daily calls with regular updates and they sold my property within a week, honestly couldn't have asked for a better service!

After previously listing our property with a different estate agent and it sitting on the market for 4 months we decided to re-list it with Ryder & Dutton who proved their value and sold our house within a week of it going on the market. We were supported by Shannon throughout the process, she is a true credit to the company - patient, polite, efficient and always on hand to answer any queries no matter how big or small. I've bought and sold a few houses and never really truly appreciated what an estate agent does. Why? because they all went smoothly. This time, it did not go smoothly and my eyes have been opened.
Fiona Joyce has been absolutely superb in managing a continually evolving and complex situation for me and my wife. I feel like I've not only been kept well informed, but have been well advised on what to do, when, and more importantly, when to do nothing.

The valuation was more accurate than others and had a good understanding and knowledge of local sales and area.
Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in
Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.

Bought and sold our home with Ryder and Dutton. Emmy, Michaela, Naomi, and Amber were absolutely fantastic, answering all our questions and supporting us throughout the long and stressful process. Emmy was allocated case worker and she has the patience of a Saint liaising with the solicitors and making sure were were kept in the loop at all times.
