Recently sold our house in a couple of weeks with the Banner Cross branch. We were 100% impressed with the commitment of all the staff. Vanessa did the valuation and was absolutely correct in her assessment and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Janet was the link who kept us up to date with every step of the way, regarding viewings and ongoing progress with solicitors etc. Emails and phone calls were responded to immediately. Louise kept us informed of progress with the continuing chain complications. Highly recommend them.

I cannot rate the team in the Bakewell office highly enough. From initial visit to taking appointments to photos and video and then on going advice and support the professionalism of the team was outstanding. Lucy was assigned to oversee my sale and her advice, experience and knowledge of the market was excellent. She clearly new her business!!!!! Her communication was also excellent throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use the team again and would without hesitation recommend them to others
