I have recently moved into a rental property where Stags were acting as agents. The entire process, from beginning to end, was a delight thanks to the efficiency and professionalism demonstrated by Stages personnel, in particular, Poppy and Chloe. We have just had an excellent experience buying a house through Stags Dartmouth. The whole team were very friendly and professional. They helped us through every step quickly and easily. Unfortunately despite two firm offers, both buyers pulled out. Nothing to do with the agents, but I feel they could have nutured them more. Otherwise all fine, reasonable charges, good attended viewings etc. Ideal if you have lots of acres, which I don't.
