I have to say for first time buyers like ourselves, Starkey and brown have been very patient with us. A small hiccup with the AIP documents, so for future buyers a mortgage promise is the same as the AIP.
Amazing staff and very informative with the property your viewing. And don't feel that you've been landed with 'need to provide us with this' 'need to provide us with that'. Starkey and brown are with you to support every step of the way.
Would highly recommend this agency.

Starkey and Brown were appointed as our estate agents during the recent sale of our home. The house was live online within hours of their staff attending and taking photos etc. We had 3 viewings within 3 days, one of which went on to purchase the house. Aimee and Lucy were fantastic throughout the process acting as a great go between us and the buyers. They kept both parties fully informed at all stages and nothing was too much trouble. Professional, courteous and efficient in all undertakings. We would fully recommend Starkey and Brown to anyone considering buying or selling.

Unfortunately we had everything from an unrealistic valuation, poor communication and they’re not afraid to throw you under the bus. No viewings, no interest, and the photos were appalling! Taken on a phone! Absolute joke, Won’t be recommending.

Can not thank everyone at starkey and Brown for their excellent customer service. Everyone has been so helpful, nothing has ever been too much. Their communication was excellent and updated us at every opportunity.
I would like to say a special thankyou to Lucy. Lucy has always been on the other end of the phone, and has made every effort to try push the sale on.
Can not recommend Starkey and brown enough, definitely will be recommending to friends and family in future sales.
