The Property Centre appeared informed and professional, so we decided to go with them to sell our house and buy our dream home.
We had a few hiccups here and there, but Barney made sure everything was taken care of promptly and expertly. He was our point of contact, and I have to say that he is incredibly honest, kind, yet professional, and has gone above and beyond to help us sell our house and buy our dream house. Updates and communication were continuous; I didn't have to pursue anything. Nothing more could have been expected, couldn't thank you enough. I highly recommend the Property Centre Cheltenham to everyone.

The Property Centre have been brilliant from first looking for properties on the website to making an enquiry and viewing properties. We were able to view at the weekend which suited us well compared to other agents and staff have all been friendly and knowledgeable.

Very professional, helpful and responsive. Always had a positive experience. Over the four years of renting the property, we had occasional issues with the tenants and contractors that needed managing, as is often the case. And that's when you really need a good management agency, and each time the Property Centre came through, and really took care of things. Would certainly recommend.

Staff were initially very helpful and knowledgeable but when our property was put up for sale we were very disappointed. Photos, measurements etc were taken but we did not have the opportunity to check the details before they put the house on the market. The photos were poor. We told them if the garden was too untidy we’d sort anything out at the weekend but that request was ignored.We weren’t told we had any viewings. The first time we knew that the house had been marketed was when a friend told us that he had seen it online through zoopla. We were very upset about it. I raised my grievance on the Monday I felt we had to remove it from the market.
